Selling a TV and a few other little tidbits

So I'm super lame and not a good blogger. I guess the only reason I blog is to show off pictures of Whitney and I've been lazy about taking them and getting them on the computer. I'll just disperse pictures of Whitney to make everyone happy because if you are anything like me, that's really what you want to see.

Jason and I are trying to sell a 40" LCD TV and can't seem to get rid of it. We posted it on Craigslist and had some offers for way below what we wanted to sell it for so we tried to re post it and now no one is responding. How sad! That's how we were going to pay for Christmas this year and it's looking pretty dismal. So, if any of you want it, we'll give you a killer deal.

Snow in Washington really freaks people out! This morning, school was cancelled on my way to work and it hadn't even started to snow yet! It was only supposed to be a half day but apparently it was too much of a risk to drive on the DRY ROADS to school and back home again... School was cancelled on Monday too because it snowed on Sunday! Yeah, just a lot of snow melting on Monday but it makes people nervous. It took Jason twice as long to get anywhere working because people drove 10-20 miles under the speed limit with their chains on DRY ROADS!! Funny Washington people.

Jason and I are hoping to leave on Monday to drive all the way to St. George for Christmas. I'm very excited to see Jason's family. The weekend after Thanksgiving, I reluctantly let Jason take Whitney with him to visit his family but we couldn't afford for me to go along. I had these sad moments the whole weekend they were gone. Luckily my parents were here with me and Jason did a great job taking care of Whit. So, I haven't seen Jason's family since the 4th of July and I've never seen my new little nephew, Malekei. Living far away from everyone definitely has its drawbacks.

This picture of Whitney cracks me up! She put that vest on herself upside down and inside out and was thinking she was pretty great. Good picture opp. But when she saw the camera, that was the only thing her heart desired and she promptly turned into crazy lady! or girl.
After Christmas in St. George, we are heading up to Park City for New Years with my family. We decided to exchange presents then since we'll be all over the place for the big day. I think it'll be fun but once again, we'll miss having Zach around. You'd think he lived in China not California. Don't worry Zach, next May, we're coming to you! You better not run and you can't hide...

What would it be like if we all took off our clothes to eat? Restaurants would be a whole new experience. Speaking of restaurants, Jason and I haven't been to Olive Garden forever! When we were dating, we went once a week, sometimes twice! I can't imagine spending that much now and eating that much fat! I'm surprised we didn't qualify for the biggest loser by the time we got married. We've scaled back too much now. By the way, I watched the finale of the Biggest Loser in the wee hours of the morning after I got home from playing volleyball. I was very happy with the results but being prego really makes a dent on my volleyball skills. Coordination is out the door. I didn't have one decent hit all night!
I've run out of pictures of Whitney. Told ya I've been a slacker. I'll have more after the holidays and hopefully I'll update it in a reasonable time frame. What's a blog without the pictures! Reluctantly, I'll take a break from my jabbering until next time.
(There you go, Kierstin! I hope you enjoy. I don't know if anyone else even noticed...)

I was so excited you made a post finally! Whitney is too cute, my favorite pic was the one with the vest. Didn't know you were pregnant, congrats!! Can't believe you're DRIVING to St. George from WA. We're actually going to be in Spokane for Christmas. Hope you have a wonderful holiday, we miss you here in Vegas.

Thank you! Love the pictures! The one where she is wearing the vest...reminds me of a very passionate opera singer. Merry Christmas-love you guys!
